Get Started with a Pool & Spa Consultation

Each pool project is different, depending on its scale and complexity as well as your chosen features. One of the first steps to having a stunning pool is scheduling a consultation. We work with both general contractors and homeowners to walk them through every aspect of a pool project, from the start of construction until the final steps are completed.

During our initial consultation process, we provide upfront information about permitting, construction time, and budget. We offer options and features, including automation options, LED lighting, and our selection of premium finishes from reputable names like Diamond Brite and Pebble Tec. Our team is here to help you with all of your questions and concerns.

Our Reputation Speaks for Itself

  • “Excellent staff! They are all very nice, professional, and have the ability and expertise to handle any situation.” Jeff H.
  • “Reef Pool Builders is operated by people with integrity, knowledge, experience, and attention to detail.” Mike M.
  • “Over the years, I’ve trusted Reef Pool Builders with the installation of my landscaping, repairs, and maintenance of my yard and pool.” Brett H.

Don’t Forget Add-On Features

Want to enhance your pool’s entertainment and aesthetic value, while also incorporating your unique style? We always suggest working your chosen design elements and features into your plans during the upfront planning process. A skilled architect or design firm can work these features into your plans, and our pool builders can then install these features during your construction process.

Popular additional features for swimming pools include:

  • Water features (waterfalls, jets, fountains, etc.)
  • Infinity edges
  • Sun ledges (with umbrellas or other furniture)
  • Beach entries
  • Deck-level water
  • Unique lighting

Some of these features can be added after construction, although it will save time and money if they are part of the original design and built during your installation.

How Much Will a Pool Cost?

When it comes to pool construction costs, the sky really is the limit. On average, a simple, baseline pool (think a simple 15-foot by 30-foot rectangle ranging from three to five feet deep) will carry the lowest cost, but that cost can fluctuate depending on your chosen features, soil conditions, and construction difficulty. Your initial cost will typically include things like permit expediting, excavation, framing, and initial expenses needed to get your pool ready for use.

Once you start adding in additional features, custom shapes, and other high-end finishes, costs go up. We recommend discussing your plans with an architect and then bringing your finalized design to us to receive an accurate quote for your pool installation.
